I noticed that the pricing for monthly packages has changed. Why is that?

You can now drop in for a single session or get access to all Complete Player and Shooting Lab sessions per month with the “Unlimited monthly training” plan which grants 30 sessions per 30 day period, so you can come when convenient for you.

I want to sign up for a monthly package but I only see the option to buy a single session?

Make sure you are signed into your account.

If you are signed into the MindBody reservation system from a computer, click on the “Online Store” tab then on the “Contracts” menu item.  You can then select which package you would like from the dropdown menu. Follow check out instructions to complete the transaction.

If you are using the I’m Possible Northeast HQ branded app, click on the “Buy” link. If your screen turns black, swipe down to refresh. Then click on “Autopay” and you will be prompted to select the type of package. Follow check out instructions to complete the transaction.

I just bought a monthly package. Can I attend any type of session on the schedule?

Yes!  Since all sessions are by reservation only, monthly package holders may attend any of our workouts, including Complete Player, Shooting Lab, 3-3 Academy and Strength & Conditioning.

Complete Player sessions are open to Grades 7th and up. Younger players in 4th-6th grades should sign up for Compete Player Middle School.

Shooting Lab sessions are open to Grades 7th and up. Younger players in 4th-6th grades should sign up for Shooting Lab Middle School.

Strength & Conditioning workouts are open to Grades 9th and up

Complete Player Junior sessions are designed for players in grades 1st – 3rd.

I already bought a monthly package but the app says I have to buy a single session in order to make a reservation.

Make sure you have downloaded the I’m Possible Northeast HQ app from the App Store (Use Keywords: I’m Possible Colts Neck HQ) and are logged in before attempting to reserve a spot.

How far in advance can I reserve a spot?

You may book sessions up to 30 days in advance. Or until the date of your next scheduled auto-payment if you are signed up for a monthly package.

I’m trying to reserve a spot but the app says “Join Waitlist”. What does that mean?

It means that the class is full.  When you put yourself on the waiting list, you may be added to the session roster if someone cancels ahead of time. In which case, you will receive an email, text or phone call confirming that you have a reservation in that session. 

Please do not show up for a class if you have not received a confirmation (email, text or phone call) from us.

I made a reservation but something came up and I need to cancel. What should I do?

If using the app, click the “My Classes” tab and select the class you wish to cancel. Then click the “Cancel Booking” button.

If you are logged into your account from a computer, click on “My Schedule” then click the “Cancel” link next to the session you wish to cancel.

Please cancel as far in advance as possible. 

If you do not cancel more than 6 hours in advance, you forfeit that session.

I bought an Unlimited sessions monthly package. How many sessions can I attend in a single day?

You may attend two sessions back to back (i.e. Complete Player and Shooting Lab) if there is no waiting list. We reserve the right to bump you from the second class on the same day if demand is greater than capacity.

Unlimited monthly packages allow for 31 sessions per month (1 per day on average).

I bought a monthly package but do not wish to renew. What should I do?

You may cancel your contract by logging into your account and going to My Info >> Account. Simply click on the “Terminate” link next to the monthly membership.

If you wish for us to cancel your membership, please email or call at least 3 days prior to auto-renew date.
