Basketball-Specific Strength and Conditioning sessions focus on building the strength, speed, power and agility required to perform at the highest level of the sport. Under the direction of Coach Sean Tague, athletes receive personalized attention based on individual needs and goals.
It is suggested that high school players attend sessions 3x/week to get the most out of the progressive format.
Pre-Season Strength and Shooting is a 90-minute sessions that includes basketball-specific lifting and is followed by 30 minutes devoted to game-like shooting drills so players are ready when game time comes.
