Basketball-Specific Strength and Conditioning sessions focus on building the strength, speed, power and agility required to perform at the highest level of the sport. Under the direction of Coach Ryan Daly, athletes receive personalized attention based on individual needs and goals. Programming is also based on seasonality (pre-, post, in-season) for greatest effectiveness.

Ryan Daly is a certified Performance Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-PES). Daly also holds certificates in first aid and CPR/AED training. Daly attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where he played football. He has coached and mentored numerous high school & collegiate athletes, including several Division 1 Basketball Players.

It is suggested that high school and college players attend sessions 3x/week to get the most out of Coach Daily’s progressive format. Although, individuals may attend any available sessions on their own schedule to get a workout.

Strength & Conditioning: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, check calendar to confirm times

Speed & Agility : Tuesdays & Thursdays 8pm
